Where can I find the code to get my radio system turned back on in my 2011 Honda Civic 2 door Coupe after changing out the battery?

I had to put a new battery in my Honda and now when I try to turn the radio on it tells me to Enter Code?  Where can I find the code to enter

You need the serial number of the radio, proof of ownership and the dealer can provide it. I have 2014 Civic EX same things happened to me too It was asking me some sort of code after cleaning the battery. The fix was very easy though. Hold the power button for few seconds and you’re back into the home screen!
