Okay so sears decided to allign my car, after they alligned it the advance trac light starts flashing, they say take it to a ford dealership, nearest ford dealership is 100 miles away! what the hell

They must have distrurbed some wiring or a wheel speed sensor. You don't need to take to a Ford dealer, any competent mechanic could diagnose your issue. Was it from the alignment or coincidence? Hard to say. I wouldn't have Sears work on my car again.
