2004 Mazda tribute es ,motor skipping and obd II gives code " ignition coil D primary/secondary malfunction

According to Mazda T S B Replacing P C M and all 6 Ignition coils should correct problem  
Which I have done had dealership replace P C M then I replaced coils and problem still
exists Help  PLEASE
