Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2005 Chrysler Town and Country .... the Guage marks to the middle..
which I'm thinking it's okay... but when I turn my van off, I hear loud water
bubbling... I open the hood and can see the water reservoir almost top off
bubbling.. My fans are working. I know this is not normal. Does anyone have
any suggestions?  My mechanic is stumped.  I changed the radiator cap.
Washed the radiator.  I do ok as long as I am moving.  Ideling with take it to
middle of the gauze, no where near the hot mark.  Added fluid 2 times in a
month, but no leak found.  It was bubbling bad when fluid needed.

Thermostat is stuck closed not allowing the water to circulate or coolant sensor
