how do i cneck fuse for the blower or fan for the front

I am trying to check to see if the fuse is blown for the blower since it has stopped working

Remove it, hold it up to light and look through the fuse from the side. You'll see what looks like a "S" or "Z". There should be no breaks in it. If it's broken and you see a burn mark at the break, fuse is blown. HTH. -Jim
