I have a 67 sport fury /318 can I replace that with a 94 5.9 (360) out of pickup. Is there computer or electrical issues that will be a pain?

I have seen this done, but everyone that has done it has said it was a pain to do and would never do it again. If I were you I would just leave it old school, forget about putting high tech in old cars.
