Radiater froze with water in it then when it
got warm outside i found freeze plugs under
the car and now water is leaking several
places under car i  need to know the cost
and time it should take to dux it

Hard to know till a mechanic looks at it. The engine might be a boat anchor at this point, depending on if any other damage was done. Replace the freeze plugs and other leaking components and fill with 50/50 coolant to distilled water and hope for the best.
