Something is "on" whether you see it or not. You will need to isolate the circuit by using a current meter and pulling fuses until the current meter goes to zero. After the circuit is known, you can troubleshoot the wiring associated with it. Before doing this, double check the obvious. Courtesy lamp? Map light? Trunk light stuck on? External amp or sound system not shutting down completely? Security system malfunction? You get the idea.

It's the monsoon radio that's in the car. Their amplifier does not shut off and drains the battery. If you remove the amplifier fuse the radio will not work at all but, the battery will not go dead. I had to this when I did not drive the car everyday or the battery would be dead until I replaced the radio.
