Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I replaced wheel bearings assembly on the
right rear of my 70 Beetle.  After tightening
the axle nut,  there is still some noticable
movement.  Should there be a certain
amount of movement that's normal?

I doubt 1/100" is a concern. If in doubt ask the seller of the bearings what the tolerance is.
