The case saver in a 1600 vw pulled out. Any way to save the case

That depends on if it had 8mm or 10mm case savers. If you had the 8mm then you can go to the 10mm, but if it already had the 10mm then your just out luck. Your gonna hear that some have used JB Weld or Alumna Weld and never had a problem but that stud will always be weaker than the others and could pull out at any time, especially if your running a big bore kit on it.
