is the fuel pump accesible under the rear seat how hard is it 2 change

Yes it is under the seat. It has 3 screws holding an access panel under the carpet. Take it out and the pump is under it.

Under it in the tank.Take a hammer and large screwdriver and tap the locking ring to the left until you can screw it off.
