License plate light and left taillight out.

License plate light and left taillight out. The bulbs
are good. I don't have my book to check fuses but I
can't locate the fuse box under the hood the one
inside of the cab I pulled ever fuse and couldn't find
it

The connections are good. I only have the driver side running light on the tail light and the license plate light that isn't working. Is there a fuse box unDer the hood bc I can't find it. I don't have my owners manual either
