How can u tell if blew the brake line or if it's something else when the brakes go down to the floor when stopping but it try. To pressure up but goes all the way down anyways

If a brake line was blown it would usually be visible under the car.

Yes you would see a clear puddle under the car possibly by one of the wheels. If you feel the liquid it will feel squeeky when rubbed between your fingers.
