Turn Signals

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I bought my Honda 4 years ago it only had 97,000 miles, I had it a month and the signals stopped working. I tried the WD40 in the hazards trick to no avail. I have checked the fuses and all are fine. The original owner replaced the signal wand a few years before. Any ideas? Please. A mechanic wants to charge me $350 to fix them is that right?

Sounds like the blinker relay is bad. The hazards might be overridden to go off with the alarm. I would find the relay for the 4-way and turn signals, it's usually located near the column or may be in the fuse box under the hood. This should fix the problem.
