I have a 2001 grand am pontiac I was driving down the highway and before it died I tried giving it gas it wouldn't go over 50 and then it died and tried to start it wouldn't start just turned over and I have replaced fuel filter , throttle positioning sensor , spark plugs, and cool pack can anyone tell me if they might know what is wrong ?

Check for spark and fuel first. If you have both, run a compression test. If all cylinders test low, it's jumped timing. HTH. -Jim
