92 nissan 240sx ka24de mt electric problem

My injectors wont fire. they all have the right ammount of power but wont ground out. I have changed the distributo, eccs relay, fuel relay, fuel pump, plugs, wires, rotor, cap, starter, altinator, upper wiring harness, and still have same problem. has anyone come accross anything like this, there are only two things i havent changed and that is the trotle pos sencor and the ecm. HELP PLEASE. i am at wits end.

First you need start with why they aren't (ground out ). this is controled by your ecm .take it to a shop and let them do a diagnostic.if you do not have practical knowlege on how to test,tools ,etc. you are wasting your time and money by replacing things you don't need to
