1975 Power Wagon rebuilt 440

Asked by JoelMcComas Dec 30, 2017 at 01:36 PM about the 1973 Dodge Power Wagon

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

For some reason the engine shut off when I turned
on the defroster.  Got it started again, honked the
horn and it shut off again.  Headlights etc still
work.  Truck won't turn over at all now.  Any ideas?

That looks like a starter solenoid. Not sure if Ken is referring to the ballast on the coil or not.
