Whats going on

I have a 2000 hyuandi elentra and when i
accelerate it hesitates like it don't wanna
switch gears and then it jumps into the next
gear but still goes like its not changed.. I let
off the gas and it go but still takes a second
to go faster

input and output sensors need changing one of them is not working if one goes the other is going..

What is your gas level at? I was having a similar issue, but I never got a check engine light or transmission light. Discovered I just needed to keep my tank above 1/4 and we don't have any problems with that now.
