What is wrong

Asked by Jul 30, 2016 at 06:22 PM about the 1997 Ford Thunderbird

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 97 ford thunderbird with the 3.8 v6. It will
start and idle but dies after just a few seconds. It
has a brand new fuel pump on it too.

Check engine light on? Clean the throttle body?

The check engine light isn't on. I might try the throttle body though.
