Wobbling on front passenger tire

Asked by Angela Mar 07, 2020 at 10:39 AM about the 2010 Nissan Altima Coupe

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When driving down the road the front end of my car is
wobbling and it feels like it's mostly on the passenger side
and it looks like it is lower on the passenger side to what is
going on with it

1 Answer

Probably a broken strut since one side is lower, but wobbly steering can be caused by a bad tie rod, or bad tire, maybe even loose lug nuts, whatever it is, it's obviously unsafe to drive so get it up to an alignment shop and have it inspected right away. If a tie rod comes loose while driving you can lose steering control of the car which can cause a serious accident.
