You're going to need spark. Check out the fuses, relays, ignition switch until you get power.

i have power to dist but nothing to plugs

spark amp in distributor if equipped with , hall effect!

Need a strong battery 1993 is a while ago~

Conventional distributor still has a cap and rotor...perhaps someone forgot to put the rotor back in~

caps crack and leak high voltage too~

if you clean cap may work fine
