I have an 1980 chevy k10 with a 350 5.7 sbc. The problem is it has no power.. it misses on acceleration and spits oil with the exhaust.. at first I though it might be the intake manifold or fuel pump

Oil is coming oil the exhaust? How long ago did you replace the spark plugs and wires, rebuilt the carb, check your vacuum hoses and replace the PCV? If oil is indeed coming out the exhaust pipes, your piston rings are worn meaning you are due for an engine rebuild or replacement.
