i have a 2006 dodge stratus 2.4 dual overhead cam i replaced starter ignition coil spark plugs valve gasket and timing belt it starts but then stalls when i try and move it

i have replaced everything that went bad my friend went through a puddle at 50 and then
a little after that it died i replaced all the above finally got it to start with jumping it and
then it dies

check if all the connectors are plugged in
