I emailed asking about Certified Pre-Owner status on the car. At some point he indicated that he was having problems locating the vehicle and that it might not be in inventory. The next day was Sunday and the dealership is closed that day. On Monday, just after the dealership opened, I was contacted via email by the TEC Center at the dealer who answered my certification question. I thanked them and since the rep could not find the car, I would continue to look since they did not have a Volt. That afternoon, I went to GarGurus and and found it listed there. I used that link to contact the dealer and received the information page that I had received from the dealer earlier. Immediately after that the TEC center rep emailed me, apologized and said that the Volt was in their lot. She said that I could stop in and look at it today. Well we were getting ready for a trip and would not be able to stop by till the next week so I informed here that we were no longer interested. (They are to the north and we found two different brands of EV to test drive going south.) Then the rep also contacted me in the evening to follow up and by that time I had decided to go a different direction. The definitely get 5 stars for quick response time and following up, 3 stars for losing the car for a while. Yes I was a little amp-ed up that they lost the car, but then stepped back and took a look at watt could have caused the problem. So I went with the current and since I didn't have any power to change anything, I took some time to cool down. The result: The amps faded, the watts were answered: there is no Volt in my future."

I then was contacted by another individual two weeks later from rides unlimited I thought about asking me about my experience was he was a jerk rides unlimited must have lost the copy of my drivers licsense an insurance card because they did not forward it to the lender. So they did not have all the paperwork in order no big deal right well this person started off very arrogant and pushy saying if I didnt get him the information right away he was coming to get the car mind you this was in the middle of the day while I was at work so Im not able to just comply with his demands and he was not very willing to contact my insurance to resolve the matter so I contacted my insurance later explained the situation and the they took care of it from there but I guess that is the service you can expect from a rinky dink used car lot who thinks they are bigger then they are I will never go back to rides unlimited again good deal or not."
