How to drain the radiator, do you pull out the drain plug or just turn it halfway?

You just turn it until it starts to flow good, some plugs will come and others will have clips that prevent it from being removed.

Before you turn the plug, make sure the engine is cool, and remove the radiator cap first.

The plug on these turns a quarter turn as you pull out. Be careful not to be too rough on the plastic thumb valve.
