Bad head or cracked block?

1974 Ford F100 360.
When cylinder #1 firing, radiator becomes pressurized/ boils over.
Does not when disconnect #1 and run engine on 7 cylinders.
Head gasket or crack in block?

Head Gasket, cracked cylinder head or cracked block listed from what I think is most common to least common. You will have to take it apart to know for sure.
