My headlights stopped working all of a sudden on my 1966 Ford F100. Any ideas

My taillights, turn signals and dash lights all work fine. I've replaced my
dimmer and headlamp switch but headlights still not working. Any ideas?

Look for ground wires to clean up for the head lights. Make sure there grounded.
