That should get the job done- you want a classic and I can relate- that is my game, too- 8 large should get you a well-running car with no rust- it might not be an SS with a 327, but hey, you can always hot rod it yourself and spray it your favorite color, too- with time, you can make that Nova your personal statement to the world- to repeat, I would pick the lesser model with no rust over the SS with rust- and a low mileage, original car that runs good is a good find- happy hunting
