Why will my 93 lumina v6 keep on dying when I go to stop and then when I try to go up hill it keeps sputtering like it ain't getting no gas?

Also it didn't start doing that until I
started running the heat and when I
turn the heat off it seems to run
better

check fuel pressure, check for vacuum leaks, change fuel filter
