Why will my 93 lumina 3.1 not start?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Replaced ICM and crank sensor has spark
and is getting fuel in cylinders. Backfires
once usually when cranked but just won't
start.

Run a compression test. If all cylinders test low your timing chain has jumped. HTH. -Jim
