Slow process

I scheduled pickup for a week and half out. The day of pick up I requested before 2. I didn't hear a word from anyone. I finally called and the customer service guy I was speaking with was very kind and pleasant. He couldn't get anyone to respond to him and his request for where the pickup person was and when he would arrive. We were on the phone for an hour waiting for someone to respond to him. Again very kind and pleasant. Justin was his name. Great customer support from him. Anyway needless to say I told them to late to come the next day. They came an hour late for pick up and the payment process took over 4 days. It was not an easy pain-free process at all. They definitely need better communication. I was not happy with this experience. But it's finally outta here.

Car Pickup

Except for the car pickup, my experience was good. The first driver assigned to pickup my car never showed up. I called the help desk and rescheduled, and the woman at the help desk said the original driver said “he had a “flat tire” and he contacted me”. No one contacted me and I wasted an afternoon waiting for the car pickup.

The process of getting a price and doing the paperwork was easy. Getting the car picked up was a problem. I had three or four will be there and then they didn’t show up.

The Customer Service is great and the process is easy to get through. Problem I ran into was getting someone to pick up the vehicle. Had 4 no call no shows before someone got in there to pick the vehicle up.

The offer was strong, but it was such a disorganized process! Our original driver to get our car no called/no showed our appointment and the guy who replaced him had no idea what was going on. Cargurus didn’t know what was going on. The internal operations was so bad the customer experience was chaotic!

We were contacted by car offer that we could drop our car off at a local tire kingdom rather than wait for a car transporter to pick it up. When we got there, the store manager knew nothing of the arrangement and send us away. When we finally got a hold of car offer, they told us that everything was sorted out and told us to go back. We went back down and the store manager said that we could park the car there but we had to stay with the car until the transporter.picked it up. We had no way of staying with the car for days so we contacted car offer again. They eventually convinced the manager to allow us to leave the car there but we had to give the manager all our personal information and he warned us if anything went wrong with the pickup or the car that he would be contacting us. I think car offer should contact the store before arranging for anyone to drop a car off.

Unfortunately this was my second appointment because no one showed up for the first. The company tried to blame me at first saying I was unresponsive then backtracked their statement. However my second appointment was quick and easy

Not a very pleasant experience, waited the entire day to be told the driver cannot pick up the car after personally calling 3-4 times .
The next day pick involved 3 different drivers calling me to pick up the car !!!

Unreliable Pick-Up

I was scheduled for pick-up but nobody showed up. I called and was rescheduled 4 days later. I was subsequently notified that that pick-up could not be made and was scheduled 2 weeks later. I was promised compensation for taking the day off work. Nothing provided.
