Waiting for payment to clear

I had to get paid with a paper check since my bank was not on their direct wire list. Thats surprising since JPMorganChase is one of the largest banks in the world. When they picked up my car, they apparently could not get a reliable cell signal to accept my electronic signature as 2 days later I was getting emails requiring my electronic signature on the bill of sale. By that time I has already deposited the check. A day later I received an email saying wait a few more hours to deposit the check. Now its a week since my car was picked up but the check has not yet cleared.

2nd try was better

First transporter texted me awful awful names and didn't show up till FOUR PM! was supposed to be between 9 and NOON.
VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ON HIS PART NOT MINE. he called ME unprofessional when I got NO CALL OR TEXT SAYING HE WAS GONNA BE LATE ON THE 16th this month. Had to bump the pick up date another WEEK. he called me all sorts of names when I patiently waited by my phone till NOON
I went to bed around 2pm and there WAS STILL NO CALL OR TEXT!
I have my phone records.

Communication needed

Please send me a confirmation by either email or postal that my loan on the car was completed as promised. No one has informed me of that, and it has been a week since they came to pick up my car. I shouldn't have to notify that bank or you of this transaction.

Simple

The experience overall was great, but I was hesitant on moving forward because I was concerned or questioned the legitimacy of the transaction. Feedback would be sending more communications through email that detail the process and having a POC at car gurus that tells you the next steps offer. Still waiting for the lien holder to get paid
