Transport vendor was flaky.

the process itself was ok, only problem was their payment processor Plaid is not set up for people who don't text, so I received a check.

Settled for quick check and found out the car was good for at least two grand more than sold for…. Your company has the pic’s

The process was quite smooth except that I did a video inspection of the car before the pickup date because it was supposed to eliminate the need for an inspection during the pickup. However, the person picking up the car had no idea what a video inspection was, and the process took an hour despite the time I’d spent the day before. Need some better training/communication. All other aspects, paperwork, and payment were excellent.

Guys that picked up my car had no ID and hat on backwards. Just didn’t feel comfortable about them talking my car. It turned out okay the rest was easy and smooth. Would use again but my first time doing this was a little unsettling!

Overall my experience was ok. The paperwork was sent late. I received the package after the initial scheduled pickup date, so we had to reschedule it. On the 2nd schedule, the driver couldn’t get a Ride to come to my house. On the 3rd schedule, she finall6 came and drove the car back.. the payment was on time.

Car buying service was pretty straight forward

It takes entirely too long to pay off loan at the bank. My truck was picked up on May 22nd and it’s for sale on a lot and it is almost the 1st and the bank still hasn’t received the payoff. I received my payment the next day .
