I am still waiting for the loan at Chase bank to be paid.. My account shows nothing has been paid by you. I am very nervous something is wrong.

I was very pleased with the sales and delivery process however the car loan has yet to be paid off. It us now a full week.
I did receive payment in my personal account for the difference after 2 days.

Cargurus gave us an excellent price for our vehicle; however, we had to earn it. We spoke with at least five of their representatives before we were connected to one who was competent enough to resolve our issue. This last person "Christina" was very professional and started our convesation by stating she would solve all of our problems. Unfortunately, it took several phone calls and several representatives before we reached her. The pickup process worked very smoothly.

They didn’t up buying my car for a good price. I got paid so I guess it’s all good. They did not show up the first time they were supposed to pick up my car and they showed up a week later without contacting me. Very frustrating experience overall.

The offer for my vehicle was GREAT! The hand off between Car Gurus and Car Offer was TERRIBLE. I had TWO different Car Offer agents call me, with a representative from my bank on the line with them, in order to get my okay to release the loan payoff statement. This was AFTER I had submitted this in response to an earlier email request from Car Gurus. The original scheduled pickup for my vehicle was on Monday, but didn't happen until Wednesday because the contracted person would go to the dealership that was supposed to receive my car, only to be told that the dealership had no information about the transaction. Three days in a row this happened! Luckily, I finally got a persistent contractor who stayed on the phone with Car Offers support until he had a verification that the dealership knew about the transaction. However he was clueless as to what to do with the packet that was Fedexed to me, so we had to figure that out together.

After I had accepted your offer and had set a pickup date, several people from your company continued to call and send text with different offers. Also, the transport company tried to to do the pickup on a different date. They didn’t have the bill of sale for me either at pickup. Total lack of communication.

After everything was finalized I received multiple emails to send the documents which was confusing and irritating. After the pickup was complete I received an email stating that “payment was on the way”. What the heck does that mean? Why not just say you can cash or deposit the check?
