Electrical Problem 2003 Pt Cruiser

pt gets voltage to coil .nospark from pcm changed all sensors except pcm .dash code reads p0522 dont know what that means. can you help me out . Im at my exhausted with it.

CAN A BATTERY BE CHARGED IN A PT CRUISER OR MUST IT BE REMOVED FIRST.

Jump starting is outlined in the manual. I let the car set for about 3 months and the battery ran down. Can I charge it in the car or must it be removed.
