Several emails back and forth, his price was high and my offer was low. Never received an actual counter offer stated he only had a few dollars to work with. I replied that I was in the same situation.

They were quick to contact me about the listing (appeared automated). We arranged a test drive via email a couple days later. We couldn’t come to a deal the night of the test drive, but they contacted me the next day and we got the car! It was an excellent vehicle that came off of trade and fairly priced from the get-go. The dealership even buffed out a mar in the clear coat, washed and spray waxed it before we left the lot. We were told we can come by anytime for free washes. Good deal and friendly service. Only wish we could have closed on the deal sooner, but it did us good to sleep on it a night.

We did not have a good experience with this dealer. We went up to see the car advertised on this site. We made an offer and waited to hear back from them the follow day. They never returned our call. After several attempts to contact them, they finally called us back to say they are not negotiatating and are raising the price $2,000 above what was advertised! I am surprised they manage to sell any cars!

Wow, great experience. I recently bought a Ford Flex from them, the salesman, manager, finance guy great people to work with. They gave me the beat possible price. The vehicle was a great deal. They even fed us A fantastic lunch. After all said an done they let my niece go and pick something from their gift shop for free. Great experience, down to earth guys as no hassle purchase experience. Thanks I will go there before anywhere else when I’m in the market for another vehicle.

They listed an S as an Autobahn...then told me they couldn't sell me the car for that price even after I got a full written quote on an Autobahn...I thought with the age of the internet, dealers would shy away from lying to people to get them in the door. Beware their listings.

Laurie. their internet rep emailed that the vehicle was sold. Very polite and took time to try matching my interest, but I prefer Expeditions and Navigators, neither if which they had.

I was contacted promptly after my inquiry by Heather,a very nice young lady that handles the internet responses. She was able to answer many of my questions and then put me in touch with a very nice and professional salesman, Bruce. We traveled about 250 miles to see the vehicle and arrived on a Sunday (they are closed). However Bruce offered and met us at the dealership so we were able to check out the car even though they were closed! We ended up not purchasing the car. I learned we needed to ask more specific question before we make the next trip. However our experience with this dealership and their people was excellent!
