Why it stands out
The 2019 Toyota 4Runner remains a compelling choice for those seeking a robust SUV with exceptional off-road capabilities. Its steadfast V6 engine, generating 270 horsepower, is paired with a 5-speed automatic transmission, providing a reliable and powerful driving experience, particularly in off-road scenarios. What distinguishes the 4Runner in today's market is its proven durability and off-road prowess, which are complemented by its spacious cabin and ample cargo room—nearly 90 cubic feet with the rear seats folded down.
While the 4Runner boasts an interior design that has lagged behind more modern competitors, it still offers a practical layout and controls that are straightforward for rugged use. Buyers may note the absence of advanced technology features like Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, which some consider a drawback. However, the focus remains on its core strengths: a notably comfortable ride and exceptional off-road performance, making it ideal for adventure seekers. Overall, the blend of reliability, off-road readiness, and ample space makes the 2019 Toyota 4Runner a popular choice among SUV enthusiasts.

The car itself is a great ride if you like a truck-ish feel, but unfortunately, I dont think its worth having my insurance and gas alone (exclusive of the cost of the car) cost more on a monthly basis than my mortgage.
