Why it stands out
The 2018 Toyota 4Runner remains a standout in the midsize SUV market, particularly for those prioritizing off-road capability and reliability. It has a rugged build that appeals to adventure seekers, boasting strong four-wheel drive and impressive ground clearance. As a vehicle that has evolved over decades, the 4Runner has incorporated modern safety features and tech while maintaining its robust character. Despite the praise, buyers should consider that many find its design somewhat outdated and the fuel economy less than ideal compared to rivals, making it essential to weigh its pros and cons when deciding.

This is a very nice vehicle, the one thing I wish this car did have, was a keyless start, but that’s not a deal breaker

Always an excellent vehicle. Hands down unbeatable in the snow and one of the, by far, best 4x4 systems on the planet. Highly recommend trying one out. The wheels will fall off before the engine or transmission quits... just sayin..

This car has everything, my dream car. Only downside is the demand for the car is so high and the gas mileage is average. But with that size of a car you can’t have it all.
