AutoNation Toyota Leesburg

The salesman contacted me bright and early to inquire when could I come and test drive the car. I was on my way down to Leesburg Va when the web salesman called. Upon arrival he greeted me along with the sales manger. I must say, the entire staff were at the top of there games, so to speak. During the test drive , I decided that this was the vehicle for my wife; clean, well kept and quiet. I did not purchase the vehicle that day, but I did returned the following day and secured the vehicle. All in all, I would say my buying experience was one to remember. GREAT!!!!!!!!! Very Nice Folks.

upon arrival we met with Pierre who was nice but at no time did they inform me that vehicle only had one Key. so requesting for another key they made it seen like I should had known that there was only one key. the Mileage was NOT Right; it stated 80,025 but it had 80,841 miles so that sure that some one drove the car for 816 miles. the Car detail was not that good and there was an odor. They did not let the Customer be aware before we had sign paper and giving our check; then we had to make an appointment with a person that they recommended for another key when they could had it done but they put the ball in our court because they gave us a person who will do it I feel that that was poor customer service,.

Wouldn't entertain ANY negotiation. Salesman actually left us sitting at his desk while he went to main counter to answer the phone and assist other customers. Asked specific questions and to some replied that he wasn't sure....but didn't make any attempt to find out.

I bought a Toyota certified 2014 Toyota RAV4 here. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Gina the saleswoman was great, I never felt pressured to buy. The Finance person Orlando was very helpful. Overall buying my vehicle here was great experience, however when I was ready to leave the lot with my vehicle I noticed one of the back car mats was missing. I asked about it and I was told that sometimes used vehicles don't even come with mats. I was given a set of basic mats but I chose to buy Toyota mats from my Toyota Dealership at home. After I was home I also noticed that there is a small crack in the rearview mirror and that the antenna on top of the vehicle was missing. I feel that these things really should have been replaced before they placed the vehicle for sale. Those are the only negative things and they were minor. Overall I'm thrilled with my vehicle and I would buy here again, I would just pay more attention to small details before agreeing to buy. I did get a great deal at this dealership and I actually drove from 2 hours away to test drive vehicles in Leesburg to get a better deal than in Charlottesville Va. where I live.

The salesperson, Fazelyar, went out of his way to help me find a replacement solara after minecwas in an accident. Fazelyar was in constant contact, sending me links to cars in my price range and continually following up. In the end I decided to use insuurance to have my car repaired so I did not actally purchase from the dealership, but since this man was SO exemplary, I wanted to give the highest rating I could. Kusos to this dealership for terrific attitude!!!

Tate was great. He answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. While he doesn't have the vehicle we are looking for presently, he's on the lookout for us, and has promised to let us know if he comes across anything that we might be interested in pursuing. So far, a great experience with Toyota Scion Leesburg.
