And they constantly blew up phone while I'm at work on daily basis. Won't ever buy car again from them."

The Expedition El hwad leather seats but the back of the 2nd and third row was cloth and really ratty. The fabric on my Honda which is 10 years older was in significantly better shape. Also, the vehicle had a vibration when driving. They offered the lowest trade price of the four Ford dealers I have visited. I would not recommend this dealership."

However, I did purchase a different vehicle from them, a white 2015 Ford Mustang Convertible Premium with EcoBoost. The people at the dealership were great. However, I'm not thrilled with the local custom of dealers adding on "extras" like GPS tracking, window tinting and paint sealant, and then adding roughly $1,000 to the price you are expecting to pay. Then they can advertise their lowest possible price and still profit handsomely from all of the add ones and the $499 document processing fee. But I'm not singling out San Tan Ford; it does seem to be the custom. Just seems rather deceptive to me. That said, I really liked my salesperson. And there was no pressure to buy. Very professional. Thank you. "

When we arrived at San Tan Ford, the Internet manager told us they no longer had any of the trucks on the lot. As we were walking back to our truck, my husband spotted a 2016 F-150 with a long bed. Then, we spotted another one that had the same stock number as on our sheet. A salesman came out to us and verified that they did have some trucks available. We ended up buying a 2016 Ford F-150 from that salesman. IWe are very happy with our purchase but very unhappy with the treatment by the Internet Manager. "
