Why it stands out
The 2016 Ford Mustang continues to thrill enthusiasts with its vibrant performance, iconic styling, and a lineup of powerful engines. Transitioning from previous generations, the Mustang has introduced enhanced handling, courtesy of a refined suspension and a lightweight platform, allowing for a spirited and agile driving experience. Among its key strengths is the availability of multiple engine options that can cater to a range of preferences, from the efficient turbocharged EcoBoost to the beefy V8. This year, the Mustang also benefits from updated aesthetic options, including the classic California Special and new packages that leverage the car's historical appeal.
While the Mustang excels in performance and driving enjoyment, it is not without its compromises. Some owners express concerns over missing modern features such as Apple CarPlay and mixed reviews on fuel economy among certain models. Nevertheless, the improvements in interior comfort, the availability of modern infotainment through Sync 3, and the vehicle's blend of performance and traditional charm make the 2016 Ford Mustang a compelling option for buyers seeking a blend of classic and contemporary.

So beautiful, top up or down its a head- turner. Super comfortable to drive around town or on the highway, all good. Ford did a good job on the infotainment, plug and play to use Google maps. The sport mode really gets it while normal mode helps save gas. Best in class cargo means you can fit your stuff no problem. I have the 6 speed stick, notchy and fun all the time. The 4 cylinder turbo engine Ecoboost means the car is way lighter than the GT which makes this really easy to drive and nimble. The brakes are great. At 34,000 and have no issues, very reliable. I love this car. What a delight. They say things dont make your life better but this car proves otherwise!

The premium is the perfect mix of luxury meets sport. Plenty of options included adds lots of comfort. And this GT is fast with amazing handling and control. My wife can take it to the grocery store without being scared of it and I can drop it in sport mode and tear up the asphalt.

I have a very well equipped Ecoboost Premium. The car rides exceptionally well. The 4 cyl has plenty of power and pulls close to 30 MPG on the highway. The car is a joy to drive and is my 5th Mustang. Having owned some older generations, this is the best one yet. Lots of creature comforts in this model and a nice mix of retro and new.
