They answered all my questions and were very polite I treat drove the truck and am currently weighing my options.christopher my salesman was really helpful and knowledgeable.

These guys REALLY dropped the ball. Terrible communication. Low balled me on my trade in. Screwed up the mileage on the car they were selling. Screwed up the price of the car they were selling. Tried to charge me $37 for a NYS inspection that cost $21. $2777 in reconditioning fees and admin fees. That were not included in the price of the car. I was in the process of buying a car, was supposed to get called Monday with final details and at 2pm on Monday I got a TEXT that they had sold the car. I will NEVER "work" with this dealership again!

They didn’t tell the truth. They were telling me the car wasn’t at the dealership when it was. Stay away from this place at all costs! They will pick your pockets. My reviews are heading to social media…

Went to look at this BMW, The price started to go up before i even reached the finance officer, then the sales manager was Unprofessional. On top of that,the hidden fees were ridiculous. An extra 3k for what exactly!? I hope this car dealership and all the other dealers do better and stop with the fake prices and hidden fees.
