Dealerships near me (Huntington Station, NY)

I didn't have a good experience after several days of going back and forth with a credit app and getting things in line. All of a sudden somebody else was taking a test drive in the truck. Then they told me if I wanted to continue I had to put down $1,000 non-refundable deposit unless I bought the truck. Plus their numbers didn't add up for the tax DMV fees and some vehicle prep dealer fee I said let the other guy have it

Excellent service highly recommend we purchase the car and hope to buy another car

Never heard from the dealership was disappointing

Six months ago I bought a truck from them. It needed a new transmission, new four-wheel-drive transmission and drive shifts. I told them when I was driving it was whining and making friends noise. They said that’s the way the truck supposed to be and never buy anything from them again.

The staff was amazingly helpful. My salesperson, Aleks, and the Finance Director, Josh, both went out of their way to make sure I was happy & got what I wanted.

No further follow up from this dealer.

Staff is extremely unorganized from the sales process through the financing process. I was there for 6 hours. Vehicle was not on site when I got there even though I had an appointment. (45-minute wait to get the vehicle onsite) Financing was unorganized. They changed the bank 3 times in which I pulled 3 insurance certificates with 3 different lien holders. Upon taking delivery, I was told that they only had one key. I got in the car to find out that the tilt/telescopic wheel was not functioning. A real mess.

The Salesman Mateo was Great the manager who I think his name is Ricardo was not friendly and when we couldn’t come to an agreement on a price he crumbled up the paperwork right in front of me cause he was frustrated. So unprofessional. I’ve bought probably 30 cars in my lifetime never saw anything like that before. He acted like a child.
