I visited Toyota Lincolnwood today to purchase a Camry. While my salesperson, Adrian, was great, the experience with the finance department and managers was abysmal. Despite starting paperwork with Adrian at 10:00, the excruciating wait for the finance department ensued. With only one staff member handling finance, the process crawled at a snail's pace. By 3:00, I inquired about the delay, only to be assured by the manager that I was next in line. However, I watched as two more clients walked in and were attended to before me. When I confronted my salesman, he excused the delay by saying they only had a few pages of work. Their blatant lies and disregard for my time led me to cancel the deal and walk out. Absolutely appalling service and timing management.

Dealer posted fake price and sale to MSRP. When contacted, dealer added another 3k market adjustment and an extra 4k worth of stuffs. Bring the vehicle to almost 50k after taxes. Don't buy from this dealer, their price is a scam.
