I had an excellent experience at Bennet Toyota . My salesperson Fatima was responsible for my 5 star day at Bennett Toyota. She was knowledgeable, truthful, efficient and kind. I had driven a long distance from NJ to see this particular car and she made sure my trade in was completed in a timely manner and the new car was quickly prepped for my trip home. Oh, and I love my new Avalon.

We had driven almost an hour to do a test drive with a Sorento 2019 EX (VIN: 5XYPHDA5XKG451667) priced at $18,976. That car had such a bad smell that we could not buy it and did not even do the test drive. I would have expected that they would inspect cars telling customers about the conditions before making them drive an hour for a test drive. Our sales rep did his best to offer us other suitable cars and we did a test drive with a BMW X1 and a Kia Niro. Both cars were offered as available. After the test drive my wife and I were having a short (5 min max!) discussion while he was heading back to the office. We opted for the X1 and wanted to buy it right away but suddenly the car was gone. Sb else had taken it that very minute for another person for a test drive. The others were not even there! Even talking to their General Manager but this did not help. He said that was the internal processes. Thank you for not selling the car to us despite being first in line.
