Fred Beans Toyota of Flemington

Ended up buying the car. It was a very nice car and all of their cars seemed to be very nice. I had no problems with the staff. I did pay a little more than I wanted to but I felt I was paying for peace of mind. Very high scale dealer overall. Would recommend.

Nicole Carroll (Internet Sales Consultant) contacted me immediately and I was able to schedule a test drive the following day. She was waiting for me outside and welcomed me to the dealership. I then purchased the vehicle after the test drive and picked up the vehicle the day after which gave them time to detail the vehicle. The overall experience with Nicole Carroll, Brian Buckley (sales consultant) and Scott Lam (used car manager) were very positive and professional. We negotiated a fair final price for the vehicle and so far, I am very satisfied with the vehicle. I feel like I got a great deal and would purchase my next vehicle with them. It also works to your advantage when you do your homework especially through Car Guru and know the price you're willing to pay before you step in the dealership.

Unfortunately the vehicle sold 2 hours before I got to look at it. Staff was very good to me upon my arrival, and told me they would keep their eye out for a similar vehicle. I have not heard from them since, I guess nothing came in?

I had a very pleasant experience at the dealership. Found a car that I liked, emailed quickly and got a response within 10 minutes. Went to check out the car on the same day. The salesperson, Chris was very nice. He explained all the features and answered all my questions before, during and after the test drive. I loved the car and made a deal the same day (picked it up the next working day though!). Chris also helped me with the Insurance. Overall, it was a smooth and easy process. Would definitely recommend to pay a visit !!!

Laura from this dealership was VERY responsive to my emails. She follow up and schedule my visit in a very short time. All of the people that had worked with me during my visit were very friendly and professional, no pressure. However, do not expect to haggle on the internet price as I think their used vehicles were priced pretty reasonable. Our sales consultant David Faust was very patience and friendly, he spent a long time with us and we had a great conversation. In the end, I bought the vehicle that I wanted and all in all, I would recommend this dealership. Just a side note, the dealership fees on my purchase was on the high side so I do suggest to ask about it up front to avoid surprises. However, in my case, it did not affect my final decision in a negative way. 2 thumbs up for this place.

Experience was awesome, no luck on finding a vehicle due to the fact that I'm 6.6 and can't fit comfortably in most vehicles. But the salesman was great and I will definitely check back later if they get any new inventory

They could be more responsive. All I had was email. Phone call goes a long way to make the deal happen. I never bought a car from this dealer but looks like they have good deal from what they are posting on this website.

Really good overall experience. Very professional and courteous treatment by the sales representative and the representative that reviewed all paperwork and warranty information with us.

The team at Fred Beans was incredibly responsive. I heard from 3 different people from the dealership and they were all very communicative while also not being overbearing in their contact.

They never made contact other than just the email. Never spoke personally with anyone ml was really interested in the car. I'm still looking.

"As is" was not in the ad, but when we got there we discovered a huge crack across the top of the moon roof that they were unwilling to fix or take into account. Yet they stalled us and wasted our time not telling us this. Claimed they hadn't noticed. Price listed not a good value, considering the condition of the car overall.
