I did visited this dealership and I felt the salesperson was a little "pushy", once I test drove the vehicle. When driving the vehicle, at a slightly high speed, I noticed a lot of "noise" coming from the front of the vehicle. The salesperson mentioned maybe it was coming from the "tires"...NOT. When I drove in the "residential" community, at a very low speed, I heard the same nice coming from the front of the vehicle. The salesperson said he would find out from their service department and would get back to me. The salesperson informed me it was the serpentine belt, and it was "fixed"....however, I was not informed exactly "how it was fixed". Since I did not give the salesperson my phone number, I gave him my email address (I received SO much email....on a daily basis. I decided to continue my search for a vehicle at other dealerships.

Car seems to be sold even though still listed. Got an initial email the car was sold. Then got a canned email with the details a few days later. When asked if it was sold or not, no response.

Frank followed up quickly and we visited and took a test drive. Unfortunately, the check engine light went on during the test drive. They took it in to evaluate and while we had a great experience at the dealer and how they handled it, we purchased another vehicle that we were also looking at during the same time frame.

This dealer responded to the wrong email address, which was an email address of a relative of mine. I'm not sure how they got the email addresses crossed, as I did not identify my relative in my request for a price quote. When I did finally get a response to my email (several days later), the price quoted was not competitive. It was about $1000 more than what I received from other Toyota dealers.

After speaking with salesman all day and having to wait for my wife to return to work in evening let salesman know I was on my way. After an hours drive to Lawrenceville the salesman told me one of the employees took the car as a demo and drove home but, the car would be back tomorrow. Would I like to see the car fax. REALLY!! E mailed the sales manager next day to tell this story and Manager called 2 days later and when I called yesterday and left a message and I am still waiting for the call back. Interestingly, salesman had told me that things were slow at the used car dealership. I wonder why.

They did contact me and showed me the cars i was interested in patiently on a very hot day ! They were courteous and helpful and he did listened to what all things I needed and we did finally make a deal for the car I was interested in. The overall experience was great !

They are ok... I purchased a car from them in 2014 new... I found out later when I tried to trade it that they repaired and repainted two doors and still sold it to me as a new car... beware.

Used car dealer tried to lie to me about the 2010 scions engine because I am a girl. Prices are extravagantly high for what the cars are. Shady used car vultures. New car dealer took forever. Was nice but the trip duration could have been limited by about 1 hr had the salesman had a clue.

Fantastic experience! Jean Paul was very professional from the first phone call to out drive off the lot with our new 2013 FJ Cruiser. The prices they quoted were the prices we paid. No hidden fees or outrageous documentation fees. Dealership was clean with a fantastic customer lounge to wait in while they cleaned the car. Couldn't have asked for more! Definitely recommend Lawrence Toyota, Jean Paul and MaryBeth!

The lied about the cost of the vehicle stating that the lowest price for the lowest price that the vehicle could be sold for was $20,200 after i had offered them 19,500when in actuality the vehicle was listed on the Internet for $18,642. The sales guy Sean was very rude when I was a bit hesitant on closing out the deal because I had seen same, make and model listed for 18,995 with 11,000 less miles. He was very rude and indignant as if it was the first time he had a customer change their mind on a deal.
