Bait and switch dealer. Their advertised prices are not real. The challenger I inquired on was $4500 more due to having dealer installed BS. Exterior/interior coating, etching, "dealer installed navigation?". The fact that they still do this must mean people fall for it. Be warned. Stay away. As for the customer relations manager... Don't bother in responding. I won't be contacting you to better help you understand that this is a scummy dealership.

Respond but I didn’t want the truck anymore.

I was upset because I only supplied my email and did not want phone calls so I did not give out my phone number. They somehow found it and called and bothered me anyway. I asked how she got it and she said I gave it out. I am 99% sure I did not do that. They lost a sale

Truck was not available. It was in the shop getting repairs and they were not tell me what was wrong with it.
