I called to check on a used Sentra availability 1 hour before I went there. I was told they would have the car in the front of the lot for me. I drove 45 minutes to get there only to be told the car sold the night before. Terrible service.

Very poor experience. Dealer couldn’t tell me anything about the vehicle, seemed nonplussed about the very obvious engine knocking, and gave careful instruction during the test drive to insure we only drove around the block and never went on the highway. I will not be giving this dealership my business.

Kept in touch about all the cars I was looking at. I ended up elsewhere but not because it was anything more than finding another model

I was contacted alost emidiatly after i submitted request. When i showed up i was greated by super nice salesman. We spoke for a minute, he brought me a bottle of water and brought the car up to the front door for me to look at.

Quick, professional response. I am shopping online from a couple states away and I haven't decided yet if I am interested in this car for sure, but the dealer has answered all my questions so far and they offer a limited warranty. I feel like this is a dealer I would be comfortable buying from.
