Nissan dealerships near me (Oak Lawn, IL)

I called to check on a used Sentra availability 1 hour before I went there. I was told they would have the car in the front of the lot for me. I drove 45 minutes to get there only to be told the car sold the night before. Terrible service.

Very unprofessional when answered phone. Had to ask if it was the car dealer. Then when asked about the car the individual that answered laughed and said not available I just bought it. So the same day car was posted one of their own employees bought it than why did they even post it.

Got top dollar for my trade! The truck was perfect! Got a great deal. Took under 2 hours.

Dana was pleasant and helpful on phone. Contacted them on a Thursday and told them I'd be there Tuesday morning to pickup car. Called Monday to confirm appointment for Tuesday and was informed they sold the car. Never again

I was contacted alost emidiatly after i submitted request. When i showed up i was greated by super nice salesman. We spoke for a minute, he brought me a bottle of water and brought the car up to the front door for me to look at.
